- Michelle Timms Added June 14, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★We bought an Apocalypse 1200w amp for our car subs (pre-wired) and Brett at Albert's Joondalup went above and beyond helping us today. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and told us how we could install it ourselves. We called him a couple of times because it wasn't turning on after set up and although he was about to close for the day, he waited for us to drive down so he could take a look. He tested it in store, again in our car and helped us source the problem (power cable wasn't connected to the battery). Rookie error but he stayed behind at least 30 minutes just to give us a hand. We are so grateful for his help. Absolutely terrific customer service from a genuine and good hearted person! Thank you!

Went back today and they swapped out the unit for a better one and fitted it straight away for very little outlay amazing service I highly recommend them
