  Excellent service. Went in today to get my licence sorted due to Optus data breach. Staff very helpful, didn't wait too long, lots of pens available to fill out the form. Very stream lined process considering they have not experienced something like this before.

  Please avoid if you are in Rush. I was waited for almost 1hr to my turn for my interstate license transfer later I went to counter there one old lady around in her early 50s she asked for my all proofs and I was less with one proof. She had less patience. Later, she said I don’t have a spare minute to spend with that. Again, I got new ticket in queue waited again for 1hr to finish my process. My suggestion go for other DOT’s in Perth this one so busy and few staff are not friendly in this office.

  I had a really good experience with the staff here. Rinzin was extremely helpful in helping me to convert my driver's licence. He was patient, kind, and very efficient during the whole procedure. Also appreciate the other lady supervisor who came by and tried to help the situation, for being fair and understanding. I'd like to commend Rinzin and the team here for a professional yet pleasant experience at the DoT.

  very disappointed with the branch manager ( Sean ) at Cannington DOT
  I think he needs first of all training how to be behave, and treat human with the human behaviour,
  
  rest you can see from the centre service Or 2.7 star service rating.
  
  A genuine appeal to all the Department of transport, higher authorise people
  please come out of your air conditioning office boxes, go to the floor and face the real challenges and see what happens.
  Don’t make red tape rules and make tax payers harder

  Was discouraged by the reviews to visit this center. But my experience was different. Staffs are professional and efficient. The only negatives are :Too stretched number of staffs: counters are more than sufficient to serve the customers (so they dont have to wait in the crowded waiting room) but less than half of the counters are staffed. And yes, I did not see any toilet facility (which is critically required if customers have to wait for 30 minutes or so before their names are called)
