  Gascoigne is probably the best quality furniture in Australia I have found them to be extremely professional and friendly their after sales service is second to none I highly recommend buying your new lounge from them

  we purchased our lounge from an auction, beautiful, however in ringing the Welshpool branch to get stuff made it was very difficult for the lady to u derstand enish

  Welshpool site - happy with the sofa, purchase price etc. but was spoken to and treated shockingly - taking the emotion out of it and biting my tongue on how I really want to respond - I would recommend Tenille really should re-consider how she might better conduct herself with customers - she kept on about how I should have attended with two people (I would have had I been informed) and then for about 20 seconds of help lifting and taking a two seater sofa to my trailer - about 10 meters - told me (rudely) that I should be charged $50 bucks for this assistance! Not what I would call a great customer experience when you are made to feel like an absolute nuisance for buying their product - take note Tenille - happy customers return for more, really happy customers bring others to do the same.

  CLAYTON’S WARRANTY
  We bought $6,000 plus worth of lounges & recliners. They came with a 5 year warranty BUT the warranty doesn’t cover “defects in leather, metal actions, fabric or other coverings or cushion fillings”. I’m not sure what’s left after that.
  On one of our recliners the cable operating the lifting mechanism broke within the 5 yr warranty period. IT SUPPOSEDLY WASN’T COVERED AND THEY CHARGED ME $90 FOR A NEW ONE!!!!!

  The Vault restaurant in Kalamunda is the proud owner of Gascoigne Chesterfields. These are displayed in our upstairs for you, we are delighted to have such a fine product and the service and delivery was exemplary. Hey
  We are anticipating using more Gascoigne furniture in the near future.

  We walked in the store 1 week ago around 21/4 the store was empty no customers,
  Just 1 guy on a computer at the desk.
  Not any acknowledgment that we were there, No hello nothing. We walked around the store for 10 minutes he didn’t even speak to us or come over to check what we were looking for We did like 1-2 lounge suites but he didn’t bother with us so we walked out & went to another furniture retailer & bought a new suite from a store down the road with helpful, smiling faces & a warm greeting upon arrival. We will never go to a Gascoine store again dreadful
