  Had the best experience today. Enza and Sukey were extremely helpful and delightfully friendly. Found what I was looking for and got a surprise gift to boot!! Will be my first choice every time! Cheers

  They will show you what 'arrogance and money hungry' means!
  Excellent customer service before you pay the money, BUT, a totally different face after you pay.
  
  I bought a Longines mechanical watch in 2019, as it has had a free service in 2020.
  
  In 2021, I found the watch runs slow by 1 to 2 mins every day, which is normal for an automatic watch, I brought it back to Mazzucchelli's Carousel store and asked for a regulation service.
  The store salesperson said she had no idea about the service or the price, so I had to send it to their 'official repairer'. About two weeks later, they told me the full service was 465 dollars. I questioned the service and price because the watch was two years old only, nothing wrong with it, all it needed was normal simple regulation service. The point is that it is all clearly stated on Longine's website, partial service includes regulation.
  I asked for an official service quote from Mazzucchelli's, and they said they could provide it, but by now, they haven't.
  They said this repairer is officially recognized by Longine's, but they refused to provide me with the repairer's business name and ABN. They suggested that send my watch to Longine's headquarters in Australia, and I agreed. another two or three weeks later, they sent me a quote that states there are scratches on the surface and a time-keeping problem. I still don't see the necessity of doing full service. What is more important, the price on the quote is handwritten, not even printed on the original copy.
  
  I have pointed this out to the Mazzucchelli's, and they said I am not a specialist, and I know nothing about servicing a watch, but they refused to explain why my watch is due for full service, which is officially recommended done every 8 years.
  
  By the way, according to the Longine's website, the full service is AUD395 and partial service is AUD 126.4. I have no problem with doing a full service, BUT you have to explain why my watch is due for it.
  
  What they do is just being money hungry and arrogant!!! I bought four Longine's watches from this store, still got this kind of aftersales service. Never ever coming back!!

  I was extremely pleased with my experience with Enza. She is very professional, a superb salesperson and has excellent product knowledge. I would definitely return to Mazzucchellis Carousel and would highly recommend speaking to Enza. Class act!

  Purchased some beautiful items to replace ones that were stolen in a break-in this year - had to deal with insurance which takes a long time but the lovely staff member Doris was very kind and patient with holding items we had chosen and checking in with how everything was going, responding when it was her day off also and updating the manager too, and when ready had prepared everything we needed in advance so it was all set for when we picked up! Felt well looked after given the stress of the situation, so thank you for the care and customer service.
