  I would recommend the person at the cashier to keep the ear piece out!
  I said hello how are you and was ignored by the girl. I then asked a question, she took the ear piece out and said “What” . Very uncomfortable.
  I told her to keep the piece out and that her job is to greet and serve the customers, no other worker should need you because you are occupied. If they need a code or something from the front counter, they can come up themselves.
  As I was telling her this, lady behind me walked out with product. It was one hectic customer service experience

  Nice place to look for very inexpensive items. After browsing The Reject Shop several times in different locations, it becomes very obvious that you get what you pay for, thus product quality in some product categories is much lower than elsewhere. That said, I have purchased a few bits and pieces from The Reject shop on different occasions mainly disposable type kitchen cleaning and garden items.

  I bought some photo frames (6 of the same kind) so when I picked them up i picked them up all together. I didn't see some of them in the middle were cracked. They won't replace them with my recept because it's over 28 days since I bought them. Even though I don't need a receipt to replace a fault product. Pathetic.
