Had to make a return trip to clarify and get a refund. What was disappointing was the lack of empathy nor apology at the mistake made nor the fact that I had to make 2 trips to rectify the error created. Of course, people made mistakes but I believe what would make a customer coming back would be the attitude of staff members.
