- h p Added July 21, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I've given Arch Threading 3 chances to do my eyebrows right, twice at Carousel and once at the Waterford branch. I am extremely disappointed with how your staff do eyebrows, each time I have shown them a photo of the shape I want (all photos of me with my natural eyebrows when they're in perfect shape) and each time they haven't been able to do it right. I came out with a shape that was once too thick or totally different to how I wanted it to be and most recently I have eyebrows that are two different shapes because the lady removed too much hair on one! Honestly, how are you charging $16 for such a terrible service!? On top of that, when I tried explaining to the lady - she told me "I can do it but you won't like it" ???? Excuse me? Please lower your prices to match your service or get some better skilled staff.
