  The fat lady was so rude she asks me for my driving license but i only have my passport on me ,so i show her my passport but she said “next time im not going to sell it to you because you can not use you passport to buy cigarettes” really reasonable

  One of the worst customer service amongst all BP Fuel stations. I've been going to this place for years as it's my local servo. The lady working here is extremely rude and should be given lessons on customer service. I thought it was just one day but after several interactions I can definately say she is never in a mood to serve. You are a great example of how NOT to serve people. I'll not be returning back to this place and would recommend people not to go here either.

  Purchased a few items tonight, 1. I had to introduce/greet myself as apparently that's what customers do now days 2. When half way through my transaction I asked for a bag for my items this was cancelled and 10c added to transaction the bag was slammed on the counter 3 Had to pack my own items now it's a self serve Coles
