  My review is based on a very negative experience with one of the administration policies as conveyed to me by the practice manager. I rang to enquire if my pathology test results were in so I could book online to see my doctor. I did not ring to discuss my results. It was merely to confirm that they are in so I can book to see my doctor to discuss my results. I was told that the only way is to book to see my doctor and then find out if the results are in. There is nothing confidential about informing me if the results are in or not. It is merely a yes or no answer. Instead, I have to book, drive all the way to the practice, drive around for a few times to find a parking space because they have not solved their parking problem. Then see my doctor to find out if the results are in. If not, it would have been a wasted trip, wasting my time etc. I rang the pathology company and they were quite appalled by the fact that I could not even be told if my results have been sent to my doctor. They gave me an answer straight away.

  If you like to wait a long time only to see the doctor a brief few minutes before he rushes you out to see the next waiting patients then this is the place for you.
  
  Doctors always in a rush and care more about having a patient turnover than listening and treating you properly. Only good things is the trading hours.
