The price was very good and when I joined I received a free personal training session and program. Doing a mix of both cardio and strengthening exercises I found that they have a great balance of equipment which is suitable for whatever your goals are. Training on new equipment in particular the treadmill & bikes having internet/foxtel makes training fun and enjoyable.
