Nobody calls you back, you sit on hold for ages and the best part, when you do speak to someone they hang up on you! or tell you that the manager that you need to speak to has gone home early on a Friday afternoon. Apparently there is nobody in Australia that I can talk to at 2.40pm on a Friday! Claim was filed more than 3 weeks ago and im no closer to finding out whats happening. Absolutely appalling, rude and SLOW. DON'T INSURE WITH SHANNONS.
